Alperia Scholarship Alperia and unibz would like to promote the interest of students of the Master in Data Analytics of Economics and Management (LM-Data) of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the following topics: – Short-term forecasting of Gas and/or Electricity Prices – Flexibility Market – Empirical Analysis – Pricing of Energy Derivatives – Analysis of Possible Future Scenarios in Energy Markets The total amount of the scholarship of € 5,000 gross is provided by Alperia and includes a 6-month internship in the company. Call for proposals “Bachelor's and Master's theses on South Tyrolean economy”The IER - Institute for Economic Research of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen supports students who conduct research on topics related to the South Tyrolean economy in their bachelor or master thesis. The thesis must not be completed at the time of registration. The three best research concepts are awarded with 1,500 euros each. Period: The call for proposals will be held in two editions per year: one in the winter semester and one in the summer semester. A maximum of three prizes may be awarded per edition. Notice of selection procedure at the Banca d’Italia The internship will take place in Trento at the “Divisione Analisi e Ricerca Economica Territoriale” of the Banca d’Italia. Period: the internship will probably start in January 2025 for a period of 3 months, which can be extended for another 3 months. Monthly remuneration: 600€ gross of participation allowance + 400€ gross of flat-rate contribution to expenses. Requirements: – Master's degree (corso di laurea magistrale) in economics with a score of at least 105/110 (graduated from January 2024); – Age not exceeding 28 years at the end of the application’s deadline; – Have successfully passed an exam in statistics and econometrics.
