Psychological Wellbeing and Physical Health
The project ‘4 Challenges for Wellbeing (4CH4WB)’ is a collaborative initiative involving several Italian universities, led by the University of Foggia. The aim is to develop and evaluate a multidimensional intervention model to promote the psychological wellbeing and physical health of students.
The project focuses on four areas: the interpersonal and psychological, physical, economic-occupational and community aspects.
As part of the project, unibz is promoting various activities aimed at the wellbeing of students, including sports initiatives, mindfulness practices and study support programmes, as well as the implementation of specific strategies and practices to support the psychological wellbeing of the student community.
Social withdrawal, cyberbullying, binge drinking and exam anxiety.
... these are just a few examples of difficult situations that can affect anyone.
In these videos, we explore key topics for student well-being in a simple and practical way: active breaks, motivation for physical activity, sleep and circadian rhythms, and common fitness myths. Short and clear content designed to help you move more, sleep better, and improve your daily life.
