unibz students have three ticket options to chose from to travel through South Tyrol's public transportation system:
This personal season ticket allows the holder to travel on the entire public transportation network in South Tyrol and on the regional trains until Trento-Trient for a whole year.
unibz students who on 31 December of each year will be under 27 years of age, can buy the ticket for € 150.
This personal season ticket allows the holder to travel on the entire public transportation network in the Euregio region (South Tyrol, Trentino and Tyrol) for a whole year.
unibz students who on 31 December of each year will be under 28 years of age, can buy the ticket for € 430.
Students who have already bought the standard abo+ for € 150 can upgrade it to the Euregio version for € 280.
Students over the age of 28 cannot buy the above-mentioned abo+ seasonal tickets, but can get the standard Südtirol Pass which is a pay-as-you-go public transportation pass. The idea is simple: The more kilometres you travel throughout one year, the cheaper each new journey gets.
The issuance of the Südtirol Pass costs € 20 and the fares are calculated like this:
Maximum amount per year: € 640.
