Tutoring

text

Each degree programme appoints academic tutors whose role is to support students throughout their academic journey.

The goal of the Tutoring Service is to assist students, to involve them in the educational process, and to remove potential obstacles to a fruitful study career. There are several common transitional issues that students, especially first-year ones, might face when entering university. Difficult balancing of social and academic demands and pressures, uncertainty about purpose, and difficulty in connecting with fellow-students may complicate students’ progress.

The Faculty of Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences offers a range of tutoring activities for students.

  • The personal advice of our teachers, who provide individual advice on their respective courses during the reception office hours.
  • The academic tutors appointed within each bachelor and master degree.
  • The Faculty Secretariat and the Student Secretariat are at your disposal to answer all your questions on the technical and organisational aspects of your studies.
  • The Career Service is at your disposal for advice on internships during and after your studies.

Please do not hesitate to contact the faculty secretariat for any further questions: agriculture@unibz.it and/or Tel +39 0471 017000
