The programme Doing What Matters in Times of Stress was developed by the WHO. It is a psychological intervention aimed at helping people manage stress. It is divided into five modules:
Each module provides mindfulness-based texts, images and audio content.
The programme is designed as a self-help tool that can be used in everyday life for just a few minutes a day to relieve stress.
To access the programme, simply follow the link below and create an account using your unibz email address: https://moodleext.univr.it/login/index.php.
Once you have created your account, you can access the course on the Moodle home page by searching for Doing What Matters in Times of Stress. Simply click on the course title to complete your registration. To access the English version of the course, select "Annunci" from the menu and then choose your desired language.
