The Competence Center Tourism and Mobility participated in the "Research and Hiking Day" of the Tourism,Marketing and Regional Development Cluster. The program provided an excellent opportunity for scientific exchange and a joint hike to the Oberraut restaurant in Amaten. Director Thomas Bausch presented the fields of activity of the Competence Center Tourism and Mobility and gave an overview of the current research projects. Florian Ortanderl presented his research project on "Change of Destination Image", and discussed first findings with the present researchers. The participation in the "Research and Hiking Day" was a valuable experience for the Competence Center Tourism and Mobility, as it offered the opportunity to establish contacts, exchange ideas and learn about the latest developments. We look forward to participating in similar events in the future to present and discuss our research and activities in the fields of tourism and mobility.
