Alumni Talks: Private label product manager – the entrepreneur within the company with Felix Schütz
Felix Schütz attended the Bachelor in Economics and Management (graduated in 2015) and the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (graduated in 2017) at unibz.
After graduating, Felix started his career in retail joining Lidl in the international buying department. In 2018, he transitioned to Müller Drogerie where he was responsible for building and managing FMCG private label brands and products across multiple categories. He was also part of the team that launched the Müller online store. In April 2021, he joined his current employer Amazon as a product manager in order to help building a new FMCG Amazon private brand (by Amazon) for the European market. He has owned the sourcing and launch of strategic selection across Food, Beverages and Pets, introducing >100 products. His key responsibilities further consist of negotiations with suppliers, development and expansion of the supplier network as well as category management.
