This session will focus on Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), a therapeutic approach aimed at enhancing psychological flexibility. The seminar will cover the basics of ACT, including mindfulness, acceptance, and value-based action. Participants will learn about how these techniques can be used to improve mental health and cope with stress. The workshop will also address the application of ACT in university settings, particularly in terms of improving student well-being and academic performance. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in ACT exercises and explore their potential benefits in both personal and academic contexts.
