For many, screws are boring. To us, however, they have the revolution inside: the green one and the cultural one. Nobody is a human resource, we are all Rebels at Work.
This is what we mean by cultural revolution here at Rothoblaas. Each of us actively participates in the construction of a shared and collective knowledge. We are an open, curious, diverse and multilingual group. Comparison is our great opportunity and environmentally-oriented behaviour one of the values that guide us in our short-, medium- and long-term business goals.
With this in mind, we have created a strong and cohesive team, potentially capable of designing anything. We have been dedicating ourselves to wood construction products and services for more than 30 years, and in the last 10 we have accepted the challenge of entering the world of safety by researching and developing in-house systems that help prevent falls from heights in the workplace.

The Headquarters in Cortaccia, which will be energy neutral by 2026, is an office, a bar, a restaurant, a terrace, a flat, a bike rental shop and a climbing kit one. It is an open hallway to the Friday afternoon toasts we organise to celebrate our successes. We work and we have fun, any excuse for a drink, a party or a DJ set.
