Before that, she got her Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Vienna.

After starting off as a quality manager for an apple cooperative, she soon switched career paths and became a subject matter expert in food technologies at the innovation district NOI Techpark Südtirol/AltoAdige. In her current position, she focuses on the creation of regional networks and supporting food companies in their research and development projects.
