With a study conducted in April-May 2022, the Competence Centre in cooperation with the Tourist Association of Prags / Braies wanted to investigate the satisfaction of the population of Prags / Braies and gain an overview of the perceived quality of life in Prags / Braies. In addition, the study aimed to determine the extent to which citizens see a connection between their quality of life and the impact of tourism on their living conditions (positive/negative), especially from the point of view of traffic problems at the tourism hot spot of Prags / Braies Lake.

In a second part, the study was conducted covering South Tyrol as a whole. These results will be published in early 2023.
