The theme of this year's annual conference of the German Society for Tourism Studies (DGT) was "Tourism and GreenTransformation". The Competence Centre participated with two contributions: Florian Ortanderl presented the first results of a study investigating how the visitors' image of a destination changes during their stay. The presentation by Prof. Dr. Bausch explored the question of whether the sympathisers and active members of the "Fridays for Future" display different attitudes and behaviours on the topic of sustainable travel.
