After different internships during her bachelor, Irene joined adidas Italy in July 2017, some months before her graduation. Her first experience was in Business Development function for Italy and South East.

In 2019 she moved to Porto (Portugal) joining adidas GBS office in the finance area and then in strategy until she got the opportunity in 2021 to move to adidas headquarter in Herzogenaurach (Germany) to support the Digital Sales team as project manager.

After a short maternity leave, she came back with a new position as Senior Project Manager in TRANS4RM, the biggest digitalization project adidas has ever went through.

The experience she collected in digital, sales and as project and change manager brought her to her current role of Director Digital Retail and Consumer experience team since June 2024.
