Check with your Host University (for Erasmus programs only during the transition period) if they accept the Online learning agreement otherwise follow the instructions for bilateral agreements and prepare the paper version of your learning agreement!
Erasmus Exchange Programmes (Online learning agreement):
- Once you accepted your study place abroad, you have to submit/upload
– the excel table with the course comparison (template form below under downloads) of all courses you intend to follow during your period abroad and the respective unibz courses of your study plan for which you will ask the recognition, attach the
– course description/s (syllabus) for each course at the Host University and unibz (link* or pdf with the course content, ECTS, total hours) to the share point one drive by following the link listed below;
– fill out the appendix (form template below under downloads) with all courses, sign it and upload it to the link mentioned below (if your Host University does not accept the OLA upload also the filled in and signed learning agreement in paper form (form below under downloads)
find appropriate courses that fit with the courses of your study plan and get the course descriptions by checking the homepage of the host University or contact them directly. Course descriptions of unibz-courses are available on our Webpage. An excel table with course comparisons of previous years – without guarantee - is available below under "information". Be aware to list courses for a total between 20-30 ECTS (unibz credits);
- the Faculty Administration will share the one drive folder with you (without edit mode) so you are able to see your course comparison excel table and the uploaded documents;
- the Professor in charge evaluates your proposal (see comments in the right columns of the excel table)
- if all courses are accepted fill out the Online learning agreement (OLA) with all courses accepted by the Professor, sign it and send it to the Faculty Administration/Professor in charge:
- the Faculty Administration checks the OLA and let it sign from the responsible Professor of your study degree. Your Host University will receive it through the system.For the OLA instructions click here.
or
- if not all courses are accepted by the Professor in charge find alternative courses and upload to the link below a new excel table with the new courses, attach the course description/s and upload the signed appendix (+ eventually the filled in and signed learning agreement in paper form if the Host University does not accept the OLA);
- continue with point 3 above.
Change of online learning agreement (you can change the learning agreement maximum once)
- Submit a new excel table with new course/s comparison, attach the course description/s and/or delete a course/courses, fill out the appendix (+ eventually the change of learning agreement in paper form, if OLA is not accepted) with all the courses you will follow abroad, sign it and upload it to the link below and follow the above mentioned procedure;
- the in charge evaluates your proposal (see comments in the right columns of the excel table) and if all new courses are accepted fill out the Online learning agreement (OLA) again with all courses accepted and you intend to attend or delete the courses you will not attend, sign it and send it to the Faculty Administration/Professor in charge:
- the Faculty Administration checks the OLA and let it sign from the responsible Professor of your study degree. Your Host University will receive it through the system;
- if the course/s does/do not work again start again with point 1 of these instructions.

- once the host University will send back the signed document, submit it to the International Relations Office (international.relations@unibz.it) and to the Faculty Secretariat Bozen-Bolzano (eco_bz_exchangemobility@unibz.it), Faculty Secretariat Bruneck-Brunico (eco_bk_exchangemobility@unibz.it)
or
- If not all courses are accepted by the Professor in charge find alternative course/s and insert them again in a new excel table, attach the course description/s, fill out and upload a new signed learning agreement+new appendix and await the evaluation of the Professor in charge;
- once the Professor has signed your LA+appendix you will find it in the folder again;
- send it to your host University and ask for its signature;
- once the host University sends back the signed document, submit it to the International Relations Office (international.relations@unibz.it) and to the aculty Secretariat Bozen-Bolzano (eco_bz_exchangemobility@unibz.it), Faculty Secretariat Bruneck-Brunico (eco_bk_exchangemobility@unibz.it)
CHANGE of learning agreement (you can change the learning agreement maximum once)
- Submit a new excel table with new course/s, the course description/s and/or delete a course/courses, fill out and sign the change of learning agreement + appendix with all courses you will follow abroad, sign it and upload it to the link below and follow the above mentioned procedure;
- The in charge evaluates your proposal (see comments in the right columns of the excel table) and if all new courses are accepted he will sign your change of LA + appendix and you will find it in the folder again;
- send the change of learning agreement to the host University and ask for its signature;
- once the host University sends back the signed document, submit it to the International Relations Office (relations@unibz.it) and to the aculty Secretariat Bozen-Bolzano (eco_bz_exchangemobility@unibz.it), Faculty Secretariat Bruneck-Brunico (eco_bk_exchangemobility@unibz.it)
