Would you like to see what courses have been recognised in previous years?
Please scroll down for information on course selection and conversion. Please note that the information in this file for the students at the Bozen-Bolzano campus and in this file for the students at the Bruneck-Brunico campus is not guaranteed.
  2. Send your proposal for approval to the Faculty Secretariat:
    Faculty Secretariat Bozen-Bolzano (eco_bz_exchangemobility@unibz.it),
    Faculty Secretariat Bruneck-Brunico (eco_bk_exchangemobility@unibz.it)

The Faculty Secretariat and the professor in charge will check and evaluate your proposal and get back to you. This administrative process may take one or two weeks.
  3. Receive a feedback and complete the procedure:
    •  Your proposal has been approved:
Please check with your host university whether they have accepted the new OLA procedure or not - this is important as the next steps depend on it:

      YES
      – my host university has accepted the new OLA procedure
Complete the Online learning agreement (OLA) on the OLA platform. Please follow carefully instructions you can find at the following link.

      NO
      – my host university has not yet accepted the new OLA procedure:
Complete the Learning Agreement (LA) form, sign it and send it by e-mail to the Faculty Secretariat which will come back to you with the signed LA by the professor in charge. This administrative process might take about one to two weeks. It is then up to your responsibility to provide the signature by your host university. The LA duly signed has to be sent by e-mail to the unibz International Relations Office as well as to the Faculty Secretariat.

    • Your proposal has NOT been approved
Please find alternative courses and start again from point 1 above.

You are abroad and you need to change your Online Learning Agreement (OLA)?

You can change your LA/OLA within four weeks after your arrival at the host university. Please note that you can only make one change per exchange term.
Follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare a new proposal of your study plan
  2. Submit your new proposal for approval by following the same steps indicated before at the top of the page.

  • If the host university has accepted the new OLA procedure, insert the changes into your OLA platform under “Change of Learning Agreement (LA) for Studies”. The ‘Change of Learning Agreement (LA) for Studies’ has to be signed by all three parties again.
  • If the host university has not accepted the new OLA procedure, complete the Change of Learning Agreement (LA), sign it and send it by e-mail to the Faculty Secretariat which will come back to you with the Change of Learning Agreement (LA) signed by the professor in charge. This administrative process might take about one to two weeks.
It is then up to your responsibility to provide the signature by your host university. Please note: the signed document of Change of Learning Agreement (LA) has to be sent by e-mail to the unibz International Relations Office as well as to the Faculty Secretariat.
